Elizabeth O'Reilly, MFA, CUNY, painter has taught in the Foundation Department of Parson's School of Design, NYC, The New School for Social Research, Brooklyn College and Chatauqua School of Art. She has been a visiting artist at Swarthmore College, Philadelphia, Old Lyme Academy, Connecticut, Brooklyn College, NYC and Sheridan College, Wyoming. She has exhibited extensively in Ireland and the U.S., most recently at The George Billis Gallery, Chelsea, The Painting Center, Soho, The National Academy of Design, NYC, and Haverford College, PA. A recipient of a Pollock/Krasner Foundation grant, she has also been awarded residencies in the Ballinglen Foundation, UCROSS Foundation and Ragdale Foundation.

O'Reilly's paintings were featured in American Artist - September 2000, Irish Connections - March 2000 and Irish America - Dec./Jan. 2002. A documentary on her painting was screened on Irish Language Television in April 2002.
